Praying for peace in Kenya

Kenya has seen multiple terror attacks in recent months, creating an atmosphere of worry and fear. The attacks have been aimed mostly at civilian targets such as hotels, markets, malls and buses. Several Unbound mothers have stalls in Nairobi's Gikomba market, which was the target of a May 16 attack. Thankfully the mothers escaped injury, but their livelihoods were affected.
"They no longer feel safe going to their place of work, and their customers are also keeping away," said Lillian Naka, support mothers group coordinator for Unbound in Nairobi. "This means that their businesses have come to a halt."
