On August 25-26, Hossein Amir Abdollahian the Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran visited Saudi Arabia and held a meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al Faysal and his assistants, representing the highest level meeting between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iran since the election of President Hassan Rouhani in 2013.
