U.S. National Security Adviser Resigns
Tom Donilon is resigning as U.S. President Barack Obama's national security adviser (AP)
and will be replaced by Susan Rice, currently the U.S. ambassador to
the United Nations, according to an AP report. The move would mark a
significant shakeup for Obama's national security team.
MEXICO: China signed a series of trade accords (WSJ) with Mexico during Chinese President Xi Jinping's trip through Latin America. Xi meets with U.S. President Barack Obama on Friday and Saturday.
