Newsom unveils plan to address CA wildfires, PG&E bankruptcy | The Sacramento Bee: California Governor Gavin Newsom released a $24 billion plan Friday to pay for future California wildfires and address the PG&E bankruptcy. Customers’ utility bills won’t go up if lawmakers support it.
