Two Steps Forward in P5+1 Negotiation

In technical talks last week between Iran and the P5+1, the Iranians signaled flexibility on two of the remaining contentious issues.  While details of the change in negotiating posture have not been made public, US negotiators involved in the talks indicate that the fact that the senior Iranian leadership has given a green light to negotiate further, on issues that Iranian hardliners reject out of hand, is “impressive.”
