ISIS is spreading in Libya like a disease:
Like
a cancer, ISIS has spread from the Middle East to Libya and begun the
process of seizing oil fields and terrorizing the populace. Just last
week, an ISIS car suicide bomber detonated himself at a checkpoint near
Libya's third largest city of Misrata, murdering five soldiers.
