Bolton & Galloway Appraise the End of the Iraq War

In the context of the formal "end" of the American war against Iraq (although one must wonder what the 17,000 staff members remaining at the U.S. "embassy" in Baghdad are intended to be doing), the GUARDIAN (London) has published two starkly contrasting reflections, for which the links are transmitted below.
