UK GDP grows by 0.5% in first quarter

UK GDP grows by 0.5% in first quarter The UK economy grew by 0.5 per cent in the first quarter as it rebounded from a contraction of 0.5 per cent in the fourth quarter of last year that had been largely caused by heavy snow.
