A 'WAR OF IDEAS' - MIKE WALKER (WASHINGTON TIMES, SEPTEMBER 11): Our great military can never defeat terrorism's actual "center of gravity": the violent radical Islamist ideology. Likewise, a "War of Ideas" seems a trite phrase. But changing minds of those not yet radical is the only answer to this great issue that threatens world stability. It's past time to get on with the job.
