How they developed hypersonic missile technology years ahead of us? How they have the capability to produce 1.5 million 155mm artillery shells a MONTH while we are incapable of producing anything close to that number in a year and instead have to scrounge them from South Korea, Pakistan, Egypt inter alia? How they managed to do so on a military budget a fraction of our $850 billion budget? Why we have more golf courses on military bases around the world that all other countries combined?
