What the U.S. Can Learn From Chinese Stimulus: The last time the global economy cratered, in 2008, it was China that set the pace—in insulating itself from most of the damage and avoiding the downturns suffered in the rest of the world. Whether or not American politicians acknowledge it, China itself has shown the best way to compete with it.
