more than 100,000 lives in the Unites States (CDC, 2020). Currently there is no known
effective therapy or vaccine. The urgent need for therapeutic agents has resulted
in repurposing and redeployment of experimental agents (McCreary and Pogue, 2020;
Sanders et al., 2020).
