Where will PG&E blackout power in Northern California? | The Sacramento Bee: Pacific Gas and Electric Co. will shut off power in 34 Northern California counties after midnight Wednesday. 800,000 PG&E customers will have blackout in Sierra foothills, Sacramento area, East Bay & North Bay.
