New CA law prohibits companies from selling DMV appointments | The Sacramento Bee: Gavin Newsom signed a law to ban businesses from selling sell time slots for customers wanting to visit the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV expects longer delays ahead of a Real ID deadline.
