Impeachment will
stabilise US foreign policy

Some will see the argument that Trump's impeachment will restore the "liberal international order," i.e. American hegemony, as validating the thesis that the move to impeach the president is an attempted coup by the warfare ("deep") state against him.  After all, the grounds being investigated are partisan abuse of power and politically scandalous behavior, not the president's clear violations of the Constitution's separation of powers, e.g. the war power, the power of the purse, the power to tax, etc. originally reserved by Article I to the Congress.
