Traffic congestion has reached a ‘tipping point’ in Massachusetts, state officials say - The Boston Globe: It’s no surprise to commuters: gridlock has gotten worse since 2013 and reached a point where it reduces access to jobs, according to a new report from the state Department of Transportation.
