Editorial: PG&E ratepayers must have a voice in the company’s bankruptcy proceedings - SFChronicle.com: Nearly everyone has a say in PG&E’s bankruptcy proceedings except the one party that’s likely to pay for the company’s liabilities: ratepayers. So a consumer group filed a motion to demand an official ratepayer committee.
