the Army refuses to publish this massive report, generated years ago by
former Gen. Ray Odierno and his team, in part sources say, because the
brass today doesn't want to "air their dirty laundry." But others say
it's flawed anyway because, not surprisingly it promotes the
Odierno/Petraeus 'surge.'
