Just
as Jesus didn't allow the women who discovered the Easter Tomb to stay
there in awe and joy, but sent them out to tell others, we too are sent
forth immediately with the astounding news, "The tomb is empty!"
There
is a lovely empty tomb in our chapel made by the novices, and I have
spent much time reflecting on it. The tomb is empty! OUR tomb is empty!
No
matter what happens, no matter the danger, the uncertainty, the
persecution...we are assured that the tomb is empty! OUR tomb is empty!
Death cannot hold us and eternal bliss is ours beginning today.
