An Associated Press survey found that only four of the 19 nation’s best comprehensive cancer centers responded that patients will have access through each of the insurance companies in the state exchange.

My wife, the soon-to-retire nursing executive who has spent almost 20 years at a leading New England non-profit insurance plan, says that this issue of advanced cancer care is a matter of "networks", i.e. the allegiances and alliances among health care providers, and not a matter of ObamaCarfe restriction.
