The problem with these reports is that they get the story fundamentally wrong. The issue is not the transfer of warheads to the Kingdom but the installation there of a Pakistani nuclear-armed garrison, much like the U.S. garrisons in Cold War Germany. So there may well be Pakistani weapons allocated to Saudi Arabia, but they will travel there, when needed, in the company of the Pakistan Army units that operate them.
