China criticizes solar panel tariffs

China says the U.S. Commerce Department's decision to impose tariffs on Chinese solar panels imported into the United States is "unjust." In its preliminary decision Tuesday, the department concluded the Chinese government provided illegal export subsidies to manufacturers there.
