Outside View: Where are the jobs?
College Park, Md. (UPI) Aug 4, 2011 - Friday the U.S. Labor Department report jobs created in July and forecasters are expecting another poor showing - 75,000 jobs. My estimate is 55,000. Coming off tepid counts of 25,000 and 18,000 in May and June, unemployment is expected to rise in the months ahead.
