Tanned, rested, and ready, Norman Angell lives again—and he now wears US Navy khaki. He’s doubled down on his thesis that economic interdependence ought to end war, insisting that globalization has ended war between leading powers like China and the United States. Writing in the US Naval Institute Proceedings, Lt. Cmdr.
