I think we should feed North Korea. However, I seem to remember a story from 2009 or 2010 where reports from the ground told of North Korean military confiscating food (designated as aid) as soon as it was unloaded from the ship. Your story did not mention that. Did that happen? If so, could things happen differently if aid from the US again goes there?
