Is anyone seriously expected to believe that, at the flick of an invisible switch somewhere in Morocco – or perhaps in Tel Aviv or Washington – tens of thousands of Moroccans and other African migrants simultaneously decided to storm the Spanish enclave of Ceuta before dispersing across Spain? Who organised such an operation? Who coordinated it? Who stood behind it?
