The transaction is rumoured to be valued at approximately €75 million! Originally acquired in 1997 by Sting and his wife, film producer Trudie Styler, the historic 16th-century villa was in a state of disrepair. However, over the years, they successfully restored both the estate and its once-neglected vineyards.
