I often don't write notes or commentary but wanted to make the following recommendation
for anyone over the age of 50 - start increasing your vitamin supplements this summary in
preparation for the flu and second wave of COVID in the Fall. In particular, increase your
consumption of Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Magnesium. Studies of have shown that these vitamins
tend to reduce the physical impact of the virus should you contract it. And get your flu and
pneumonia shots in September.
