State PUC votes to investigate PG&E, other utilities’ blackouts | The Sacramento Bee: The California Public Utilities Commission voted 5-0 in a public meeting to formally order an investigation into deliberate blackouts by PG&E and other investor-owned utilities that left millions without power in October.
