CA utility PG&E increases money offer to wildfire victims | The Sacramento Bee: PG&E Corp. increased its offer to California wildfire victims as it fights Gov. Gavin Newsom, investors and cities and counties trying to take over the bankrupt electric utility. Another $6.6 billion on the table.
