Yolo wildfire at 1,800 acres, PG&E blackout in Paradise, Butte | The Sacramento Bee: The Sand Fire in Rumsey, Yolo County, grew to 1,800 acres, Cal Fire said Sunday. PG&E’s power outage blackout in parts of the Sacramento Valley in California, including Paradise, remained in effect.
