PG&E to shut off power across Sierra foothill towns at 9 p.m. | The Sacramento Bee: PG&E says it will shut off power to the Sierra foothill communities at 9 p.m., including Butte, El Dorado, Yuba, Placer and Nevada counties. The shutoffs come because of a Red Flag Warning and windy conditions.
