PG&E agrees to $1 billion settlement for California wildfires | The Sacramento Bee: Pacific Gas and Electric Co. has agreed to pay $1 billion to Paradise and counties in California that were damaged by wildfire. The PG&E settlement is part of its bankruptcy proceeding in federal court.
