Cal Fire blames CA’s Ranch Fire on hammer, concrete stake | The Sacramento Bee: Cal Fire said Thursday that the Ranch Fire of the Mendocino Complex was caused by a property owner hammering a stake. It was the largest wildfire in California history. It burned in Lake, Colusa, Glenn counties.
