There is still much work to be done!
Not many
people are fully aware of the extent of damage done to Puerto Rico by
Hurricane Maria - the largest storm to hit land in over a century.
Winds blowing
more than 150 miles per hour and mass flooding destroyed homes,
churches, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure. The hurricane
devastated crops, animals, sources of water and electricity and put
thousands of people throughout the island at risk.
Efforts are ongoing to rebuild and to provide essential supplies to children and families, to the elderly and remote communities.
Can you help with $20 or more to provide food and water to those most affected?
