The European Council on Foreign Relations published an extensive and informative overview of the conflict in Yemen using maps to show the country’s political history and ongoing conflicts.
“Far from reaching a tidy conclusion,” the conflict is War in”growing, if anything, more complicated by the day,” the EUCFR writes. “Rather than being a single conflict, the unrest in Yemen is a mosaic of multifaceted regional, local and international power struggles, emanating from both recent and long-past events.”
