Campaign Consequences Could Come Early This Year

As U.S. presidential candidates talk tough on ISIS and blast Obama for the Iran deal, their grandstanding on international politics could have real-world repercussions -- and soon.
Ach, we are already in election campaign season. A time when reason and realism fly out the window, leaving behind a disorderly cacophony of rhetoric, much of which is aimed at positioning a candidate.
