Lockheed to build technology hub in Israel
Tel Aviv, Israel (UPI) Jul 2, 2013 - Lockheed Martin plans to set up a technology development center in Israel, underlining the defense ties between the Jewish state and its strategic ally. The move follows an April agreement under which state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries, flagship of the country's defense sector, will build the wings for Lockheed Martin's F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
