The US military is embedding its officers in corporate America | Responsible Statecraft The Executive Fellows program at the Pentagon has placed more than 300 senior military officials in corporate America -- most of them defense companies, shocker -- as "fellows" to "glean insights" about business to bring back to the federal government. But really it's turned out that these embeds end up serving as free lobbying for War Inc. representing their programs, wish lists, contract desires, etc., to the highest levels of DoD decision making!
