OSHA Tells Employers They May Be Liable For Any Adverse Reactions If They Mandate Covid Shots: OSHA has put employers that if they mandate experimental COVID-19 shots for employees that result in adverse reactions, it will be considered “work-related” and the employer may be held liable and will be vulnerable to workers' compensation claims. These employers may also be violating federal law.
