A Chinese Perspective on the U.S. Anti-Ballistic Missile Program

This commentary comes amidst reports -- http://goldsea.com/Text/index.php?id=13488. -- that, in large measure in response to US ballistic missile defense programs, China is equipping its ICBMs and IRBMs, including its submarine-launched IRBMs, with multiple independent reentry vehicles (MIRVs) that can defeat these defenses.
