US shuns the obvious
The failure of United States-led sanctions to alter Iranian nuclear policy can be attributed to their nature and the ambivalent manner in which they are imposed. Yet Washington has a simple tool that could force fast change without prolonging the hurt imposed on average citizens - it could enforce US domestic law on currencies and foreign assets.
