Achieving more just by not 'doing something'
IT was only a month ago that pundits and politicians were warning us that it was five minutes before midnight,
that unless Washington was going to "do something" and deal with a
threat of a nuclear armed North Korea we were facing the prospects of a
Korea War II. Everyone was talking about the prospect of a Sino-American
military confrontation and of Kim Jong-un (ridiculed as "Pyongyang's
fat pig" by South Koreans) launching long-range missiles targeting Guam
and perhaps even Los Angeles.
