Gaddafi son warns of danger of civil war
The son of the Libyan leader, Saif el-Islam Gaddafi appeared to make concessions to protesters in a national television address on Sunday night, but also warned of the dangers of civil war. Although he called the deaths of protesters “a tragedy”, he said the numbers were exaggerated and blamed blamed separatist movements and political, trade union and Islamist organisations for pursuing a separatist agenda
